As of the date I'm posting this these are the PVs that are out that I'm planning to watch. I wanted a place to gather my pre-season thoughts. Last season was the one I got back into watching newer shows and not being a oldfag. Of course I have the older stuff I'll be watching this summer, which you can find [here]. But I do want to continue the trend of being up to date on my anime. This might be continuously updated as PVs release.
Gachiakuta
I don't know much about the story other than what whatever in the first 5 chapter. I was initially going to keep up with the manga when it first came out but then dropped it, probably because I forgot. Now with an anime coming out I have an reason to make myself collect the manga, if I enjoy it of course. The PV showed off a good bit of what I already expected. It does look like they translated the art style pretty well into animation. I do think it can stand to be a little more grungy looking. It does look like they use a bit of CG but I you don't see much of it in the trailer so I can't much more about it.
Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu
This is everything I wanted from the show, except Vaundy his music sucks. The visual oh lord... It's beautiful. The manga has a very distinct style of drawing things, especially the horror aspects like the inside of "Hikaru". They did it justice. The colors are pretty flat with a filter similar to what Chainsaw Man uses in some of it's shots. From what scenes are shown it looks to be a pretty close adaptation. I can be mis remembering but there seems to be some new scenes like the choir one.
City The Animation
So much good looking anime this season!! This actually might get best looking anime of the season. It's so stylized yet so crisp. This shows way more than the first preview, especially with the type of humor it has. Of course it's similar to Nichijou. It didn't really show much to do with the premise, I'm not sure if it's going to be a general fucking around show or have them be part of a club or something similar. I'd be fine with both honestly.
Watashi ga Koibito ni Nareru Wake Nai jan, Muri Muri!
Another yuri harem for a /u/ sheep to graze. I've read SOME of the manga so I know the general plot but nothing more than that. When it comes to yuri harem "Sorry But I'm Not Into Yuri" is more of my thing. Impressive visuals blah blah blah. It's yuri, I was going to watch it even if it looked kinda bad(Rock is a Lady's Modesty).
Watari-kun no xx ga Houkai Sunzen
I blindly added this to my watch list after reading the general plot and seeing the art they used for the anime's page. I'm not sure if the genres where listed when I first added it but I was under the impression that this was a horror anime. The girl on the cover(which I think is the Mcs sister) looked pretty ominous so I thought this was going to be a sis-con anime with a twist. It's a comedy romance, my interest has shrunk but I'll probably still watch it. Apparently manga readers are saying that's it's not really a comedy, my hope is a bit up especially with the ending to the PV.
Ruri no Houseki
Another random one I added, the visuals are very pretty and the plot seemed chill. I'm afraid it'll either lose my interest because of the gem premise or gain it more? I'd either get bored or wayyy to invested. I'm also a little scared that City might over shadow it a bit.
Game Center Shoujo to Ibunka Kouryuu
I was under the impression that this was Moe Trash with just cute girls, I guess I didn't have my glasses on to see the dude CLEARLY there. Usually I would be pretty sad BUT I'm pretty excited, maybe even more than I was before. The plot seems to be cute and funny, the Engrish is a huge part along with the premise. SO I have misjudged you, I apologize.
Bad Girl
YURI BAIT!! YURI BAIT!!! Oh how I love you so. IM SUCH A FUCKING SHEEP. In my defense I didn't know this had yuri bait, I thought it had a funny summary on MAL. The main character is totally the type to charm me, especially with the plot that it has. One of my most anticipated ones honestly.
Turkey!
So much anime that I added because I thought they where Moe Shit, didn't even bother reading the summary of this one. Don't know shit about bowling but I'd totally watch a couple of cute anime girls do it. It has a similar appeal that Ume Musume has for me. In no universe would I be invested in horse racing if it wasn't for cute anime girls.

Not many ONAs coming out per season anymore so I'm try to at least watch a decent portion of them. This seems to be a Akudama Drive type of show. I didn't watch Akudama Drive so I can't really gouge my interest with that but it does look interesting enough.
Hyakuemu
I was told nothing but praise for the manga so I was already excited before the PV. The animation style seems really unique, at points it looks a bit weird but I can't really judge it yet. I thought it was F1 racing not track honestly.
Kimi to Idol Precure Movie
I watched the seasonal so which I enjoyed so I'm a bit excited for this. The PV was exactly what I expected from a movie of Idol Precure, do wish they'd put budget into the performances at least for the movie.
New Panty and Stocking with Gaterbelt
More Panty Stocking!! It's Panty Stocking what else can I say? The new K-pop looking tumors seem retarded. The new transformation with Stocking, Panty, Scanty, and Knee-socks had me cheering.
Takopii no Genzai
Good thing this is coming out this season, summer and spring season seems a little too happy and cheery with the line-up. Haven't read the manga, already know it's really depressing. Watched the PV, exactly my cup of tea.
Food Court de, Mata Ashita.
One more yuri bait show to end it off. The characters look really fun, especially the black haired girl, she's really expressive. I'm also weak for gyraus, but not the Dress-up darling lobotomized and sanitized version that seems popular.
